Rob Solano is a master at finding the diamond in the ruff when it comes to baseball players and coaching staff. Rob has been dedicated to coaching and running baseball organizations since 2008. He dedicates his time to the Vipers' Organization, bringing the community together, and to building character in our youth. His passion for helping young men become great men is absolutely remarkable. 

Jason Thornton is a players coach. His players find comfort in knowing he is there to guide them on any venture! He is dedicated to helping each player personally develop and rise to their highest potential. Coach JT has the personal experience (after 14 years of playing baseball himself) that makes him an absolute force to be reckoned with. You can find him on 3rd base sending players running home!

James Osorio is a dedicated coach who's love for baseball runs deep. He continues to stay active in adult leagues and spreads his wisdom for baseball to our young athletes. His passion for baseball and helping young athletes is undeniable. A coach with true heart and grit that has made an amazing addition to the vipers team this season! 

Jose Pereira is a coach that is a mentor of a lifetime. He sees potential in all of his players and is dedicated to helping them excel not just on the ball field but in life. He teaches the values of hard work, determination, and resilience. His support has a profound impact on all of his players. There is no one better to have in your corner than coach Jose. 

Jon Scarlett is a passionate and dedicated coach. His observance helps his players hone in on what needs works and he is always there to guide them through the process. His mentorship not only creates better athletes but is fundamental in helping each player become a good member of society. His mentality helps his players see what they can be rather than what they are.
