About our Volunteers

Rob Solano is a master at finding the diamond in the ruff when it comes to baseball players and coaching staff. Rob has been dedicated to coaching and running baseball organizations since 2008. He dedicates his time to the Vipers' Organization, bringing the community together, and to building character in our youth. His passion for helping young men become great men is absolutely remarkable. 

Jeysson Adon is a proud Dominican trainer with deep roots in the game , he has dedicated his life to developing talent on and off the island. Known for his sharp eye, relentless work ethic, and ability to unlock a player's true potential, he has helped countless athletes. His influence has reached some of the games biggest names, including MLB standout Juan Soto, Gilberto Celestino, Jeremy De La Rosa, Edgar Portes, etc. He believes that discipline is the number one key to success in baseball.

Director of Day to Day Operations

Jose Pereira is a coach that is a mentor of a lifetime. He sees potential in all of his players and is dedicated to helping them excel not just on the ball field but in life. He teaches the values of hard work, determination, and resilience. His support has a profound impact on all of his players. He spends his time helping everything run smoothly and pouring his heart into building great young men. 

Ashley's commitment and ability to always morally stand up for what's right not only from a player standpoint but for the organization has made her the catalyst that brings parents and organization together. She is at the forefront of ensuring everyone has a voice and opportunity to express themselves where most would feel vulnerable.  

Stephanie Pereira blends style and dedication in her role as the CF VIPERS Swag/Athletic Wear Director. She has an eye for trends and  a passion for empowering our athletes, parents, and fans. Her heart and care for the entire CF Vipers Organization shines through brighter than her eye catching designs. 

Jason Thornton is a players coach. His players find comfort in knowing he is there to guide them on any venture! He is dedicated to helping each player personally develop and rise to their highest potential. Coach JT has the personal experience (after 14 years of playing baseball himself) that makes him an absolute force to be reckoned with. You can find him on 3rd base sending players running home!

Joshua Martes is from Caguas, Puerto Rico, and has had a passion for baseball for as long as he can remember. He began playing at a young age and had the opportunity to compete against current MLB players, including Francisco Lindor. 

 He started coaching T-ball 8 years ago just as a volunteer. From there, his love for coaching grew bigger. He believes that every kid has the potential of playing the sport with the right guidance. “Every kid is a diamond that just needs some polishing” 

Jon Scarlett is a passionate and dedicated coach. His observance helps his players hone in on what needs works and he is always there to guide them through the process. His mentorship not only creates better athletes but is fundamental in helping each player become a good member of society. His mentality helps his players see what they can be rather than what they are. 

Matt Boyce known as the doctor aka the mad scientist of analytics. He is a master at his craft. His ability to research and prepare for the competition gives his team the confidence needed to know they are going into battle prepared. Matt was also a catcher and a track and field star. An overall athlete with unwavering composure and ability to keep players focused and game ready.  

Jose Villaman was born and raised in San Juan PR, his love for baseball began in the hills of Santiago Iglesias Little league. He went on to play Class A and independent levels. He moved to FL in 2017 and began coaching. He has years of experience which led  him to the CF VIPERS Coaching staff in 2025. He takes great pride in his craft and the development of his players is a direct reflection of what he has instilled in them.  This is only the beginning of his journey here at CF VIPERS Baseball.
